Successful Volunteer-Led Fundraising

A key factor in successful fundraising is getting as many people involved as possible in fundraising activities. It also happens to be one of the biggest challenges faced by many organizations. This session will provide practical tools and strategies for building successful fundraising teams, with a focus on board members and non-board volunteers. We’ll discuss recruiting and supporting volunteers, ways to motivate and support team efforts, and the role of staff in building successful teams. We’ll also share lessons we’ve learned from years of working with a broad range of nonprofits, both locally and nationally. | REGISTER HERE.
