Executive Director Cohort Participant Commitment & Confidentiality Agreement

I confirm that I currently serve as an Executive Director, CEO, or equivalent nonprofit leadership role. I understand this is a six-month cohort with monthly meetings, and I will make every effort to attend consistently and participate actively in discussions.

Because this cohort is designed as a confidential peer learning space, I agree to respect the privacy and trust of fellow participants. I will not share, attribute, or publicly disclose stories, experiences, or organizational details shared by other participants without their explicit permission.

I understand that participants may discuss sensitive leadership challenges, organizational dynamics, and fundraising strategies. I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of these discussions both during and after the cohort.

I also agree to contribute to a respectful and supportive environment by engaging constructively, honoring differing perspectives, and maintaining professional conduct.
