Southern Oregon University, located in beautiful Ashland Oregon, is seeking regional Directors of Development, Major Gifts as it embarks on a significant fundraising campaign. The DOD will be responsible for soliciting gifts of $25K+ to support the mission and strategic direction of the university. They will cultivate and manage relationships with new and prospective donors throughout the western region/West Coast. This can be either a campus-based or remote/hybrid position, with a preference for candidates residing in Oregon, Washington State or California. The DOD will be expected to make regular trips (5-6x) to campus during the year. Please see link to the JD for additional information. 

Compensation: $100K to $105K
