This is an opportunity to directly partner with our Development Director to support our grant fundraising efforts. As a new position in our organization, the Grants Manager will support existing fundraising efforts and build out our grant fundraising infrastructure— setting up the tools and processes to streamline our work— this infrastructure will support grant prospecting, writing, and the overall growth of our grant portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who brings a compelling writing style, creative and strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills to source and pursue new funding opportunities. The right candidate will have a passion for FTP’s mission and values, and be excited to be a part of a growing organization. Candidates who have experience within the criminal justice system or have been directly system-impacted are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
