One Mind works to heal the lives of people impacted by brain illness and injury through its support of science and research into mental health issues and brain injury, its novel program to address mental health issues in the workplace, and its comprehensive media program (e.g., One Mind recently co-funded the recent Ken Burns documentary Hiding in Plain Sight: Youth Mental Illness).

One Mind is “headquartered” in the Napa Valley (Rutherford), though this would be a remote position for someone living in the Greater Bay Area.

We’re seeking someone who can work autonomously and who has excellent major gift skills, ideally with solid experience raising five- and six-figure gifts and up. One Mind has a robust portfolio of previous donors and prospects with capacity of $100K+.

Compensation is in the $130K to $150K range. One Mind also has an employee incentive bonus program. The position reports to the CDO.
