About the Role:
We are a 15-person team and seek to hire, develop, and uplift people from the communities we serve. This position provides an opportunity to deepen experience in nonprofit fundraising from the ground up. Reporting to and working closely with the Grant Manger, the Coordinator provides a broad range of programmatic and administrative support to the Partnerships & Engagement (P&E) team with particular focus on institutional fundraising (pre- and post-award tracking and follow-up).

In supporting Institutional Fundraising, this role will gain deep knowledge of programs and services provided to the community by Alameda Health System hospitals and wellness centers and will use that knowledge to guide their work in coordinating the many aspects of pre- and post-award support. Additionally, this role will support members of P&E with research, records management, events, as well as collaborate with other members of the Foundation.

About the Role:

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area is the preeminent youth mentorship organization serving all nine counties in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The Campaign and Events Manager will support individuals throughout the Bay Area to accomplish their philanthropic goals by contributing to a capacity building campaign that will enable the organization’s next phase of growth and impact. In partnership with a collaborative four person development and marketing team, organizational leadership including the CEO and consultants, the Campaign and Events Manager will provide project management for a seven-figure fundraising campaign, own a personal portfolio of individual prospects, and produce inspiring meetings and events for donors and prospects.

This is an exciting juncture for the agency: we are a youth serving nonprofit built on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) values. Our capacity building campaign will grow both the breadth and depth of our evidence-based programs for youth who can benefit from the transformational power of one-to-one mentorship.

The Director of Corporate Partnership will play a major role in this plan by enhancing and expanding corporate contributions and cross-promotional collaborations. As a key member of the Development team and reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Director of Corporate Partnership oversees a $2-3M corporate giving program, including the corporate membership program and corporate sponsorships for exhibitions, education programs, conservation, events, and other projects. The Director of Corporate Partnership is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate donors. Research and administrative support is provided by the Development Associate for Corporate Partnerships.

One Mind seeks a seasoned Senior Major Gift Officer to join our high performance team in achieving our fundraising objectives. Over the past four years we have been carrying out a successful Major Gift Program that has resulted in tripling the number of major gifts ($100K+) and doubling our annual budget. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Senior Major Gift Officer will be responsible for deepening relationships with existing donors and identifying new prospective major gift donors, with an emphasis on the San Francisco Bay Area. We have an extensive list of existing donors and prospects for the candidate to focus on.

Baykeeper defends San Francisco Bay from the biggest threats and holds polluters accountable. For more than 30 years, we’ve used science, advocacy, and law to achieve hundreds of legal and policy victories that have reduced industrial pollution, sewage spills, fossil fuel contamination, and toxic pollutants, like mercury and selenium, to protect the Bay’s wildlife and communities.

Baykeeper’s Development Manager will manage an active docket of foundation and corporate giving programs, including tracking grant deadlines and creating compelling proposal and report content. The Development Manager will also support growth in individual giving, corporate engagement, and membership.

The Orion Fund is a small non-profit that provides grants to California college students in medical crisis. We are looking for a Director for our organization, with executive, fundraising and operational responsibilities. The Orion Fund is 18 years old, at over 65 campuses in California, and annually provides over $65,000 in grants to 30+ students. We have outgrown our dedicated all-volunteer board and staff... and so we are recruiting an experienced person in a leadership role to take the next step with us and assure the growth and sustainability of The Orion Fund.

The Grants Manager manages Habitot’s annual grants calendar which includes prospect research and writing and submitting letters of inquiry, grant proposals, and reports to new and ongoing foundation, corporation, and government supporters. Flexible hours/remote work.

LPIE’s Events and Communications Coordinator oversees a wide range of educational and fundraising events in support of LPIE’s mission. The Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director and volunteer leadership in all aspects of the role. This position is responsible for creating and executing an annual communications plan to include marketing and fundraising campaigns. The right candidate will be self-driven and have a background in fundraising, events, communications, and/or volunteer management; great time-management skills; strong attention to detail; and a highly collaborative attitude.
