This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the PRO Youth and Families mission and who has a track record of success in identifying and consistently growing genuine relationships with funders (individuals, corporations, and foundations) and stewarding those relationships toward higher levels of giving. Under the direction of the President/CEO, the Stewardship & Donor Relations Director is principally responsible for managing relationships with existing funders and building relationships with potential new funders. The Director will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure all necessary follow-up, cultivation, and stewardship activities are implemented and documented in a timely and effective manner. In addition, the Director will work with the communications team to optimize sharing PRO’s work, success stories, and impact across all channels so that messaging inspires further contributions. In partnership with the CEO, the Director plays a critical role in providing strategic leadership for PRO’s stewardship and relationship building, particularly toward aspirational fundraising goals that will allow PRO to significantly grow youth mental wellness programs nationwide.

Position Summary—
The Development Associate is an important partner to the Director of Development in creating and implementing the development plan and cultivating and stewarding key supporter relationships through best practices in philanthropic engagement, events, and communications. A day in the life in this role might include data entry/analysis/integrity management, producing written communications, scheduling, conducting a donor tour, supervising department volunteers, individual donor and corporate research, and supporting board and committee members with their activities. (Not all of this on the same day!)

The Communications Coordinator (Bilingual) supports development and implementation of Catholic Charities’ marketing as well as external and internal communications with the primary focus of this role being content generation, social media management, and capacity building.

As a new position in our organization, the Grants Manager will support existing fundraising efforts and build out our grant fundraising infrastructure— setting up the tools and processes to streamline our work— this infrastructure will support grant prospecting, writing, and the overall growth of our grant portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who brings a compelling writing style, creative and strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills to source and pursue new funding opportunities. POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a salaried, exempt position, which may include some weekend and evening hours as needed. Reports to the Director of Advancement (DOA) and works closely with other members of the Advancement Team, the CEO, Board of Directors, and other GMCH staff.

This position is a critical member of the GMCH Advancement team and will be responsible for working with individual donors interested in supporting the mission. The position will work in collaboration with the DOA and CEO to develop fundraising and solicitation strategies that result in increasing levels of support for the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in fundraising including major giving, corporate and community relations, events, and building a network of donors. Serves as an articulate, enthusiastic, and visible spokesperson for the organization.

Position Overview: The Development Manager provides leadership in the development and implementation of institutional and grassroots fundraising programs. This position reports to the Development Director and supervises the Development Coordinator.

The Institutional Specialist ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s fundraising activities by providing a high level of analysis and expertise to support the Development Department with an emphasis on supporting and advancing the Institutional Philanthropy team through high-level grant writing and funder reports that drive philanthropic revenues. This position will oversee complex data management for the grant process.
