Under the direction of the President/CEO, the Stewardship & Donor Relations Director is principally responsible for managing relationships with existing funders and building relationships with potential new funders. The Director will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure all necessary follow-up, cultivation, and stewardship activities are implemented and documented in a timely and effective manner. In addition, the Director will work with the communications team to optimize sharing PRO’s work, success stories, and impact across all channels so that messaging inspires further contributions. In partnership with the CEO, the Director plays a critical role in providing strategic leadership for PRO’s stewardship and relationship building, particularly toward aspirational fundraising goals that will allow PRO to significantly grow youth mental wellness programs nationwide.
